Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and lumingon DWC-LLC for the use of render360. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you rely on it.
1. Who you are dealing with
render360 (the "Service") is operated by lumingon DWC-LLC, a company licensed in the Dubai South Business Hub Freezone, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Business Centre, Floor 3, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("lumingon", "we"). By signing in to the Service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you act for a business, that business.
2. What the Service is
The Service takes a photograph of a vehicle and, using generative AI models, produces images and short video clips of that vehicle with the finish, colour, wheels, scene and other changes you select. The output is a computer-generated approximation. It is made for quoting and communication. It is not a colour match, a material sample, a measurement, or a promise of what a physical wrap will look like, and you should not cut vinyl, order material, or commit to a customer on the strength of a render alone.
3. Accounts and studios
- You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
- A studio is a workspace with one owner and up to the number of seats in its plan. The owner adds and removes members and manages billing. Members render from the studio's shared credits.
- You must be at least 18 and use the Service for a business purpose.
- We may suspend an account or studio that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or has not paid.
4. Plans, trial, credits and payment
- Plans are monthly or annual subscriptions billed in AED through Stripe. Prices are shown on the site exclusive of VAT; VAT is added where the law requires.
- Trial. A new studio starts with a seven-day trial that requires a card. During the trial you receive a fixed number of trial credits and the renders carry a small mark. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan you chose begins automatically and the card is charged. Cancel from the billing page and nothing is charged.
- Credits measure use: each still and clip costs the number of credits shown in the studio before you confirm it. Your plan's credits refill on each billing date and unused credits do not carry over. Credit top-ups bought separately do not expire while the plan is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Renewal and cancellation. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the plan then ends at the close of the period already paid for and is not charged again.
- Refunds. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, and used credits are not refunded. If the Service was unavailable for a material part of a period through our fault, write to us and we will credit or refund the affected time.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card for a period and we tell you. Rendering continues during the retries; if payment still fails the studio is paused until the card is updated.
- Price changes take effect at the next renewal after we have given at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. What you may upload and generate
You must have the right to upload each photo and to make the renders you ask for. In particular, you agree not to:
- upload a photo you do not own or do not have your customer's permission to use;
- generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that infringes anyone's rights, including trademarks;
- use renders to misrepresent a vehicle's real condition, history or identity, or to pass a render off as a photograph where that would mislead;
- attempt to alter number plates, identifying marks or documents;
- probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or share a sign-in outside your studio.
The models we use apply their own safety rules and may refuse a request. A refused request is not charged.
6. Who owns what
- Your photos stay yours. You grant us the licence needed to store them, send them to the models, and show them back to your studio, and nothing more.
- The renders and clips generated for your studio are yours to use, including in quotes, on social media and in advertising, subject to your customer's rights in the original photo and to section 5.
- The Service, its design, software and models remain the property of lumingon and its providers.
- We do not use your photos or renders to train models, and we do not show them to anyone outside your studio, except to staff at lumingon supporting you, which is logged.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee it; models, providers and networks fail on occasion. We may change or retire features, model choices and limits, and will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what a plan includes. We may also change these terms; the date at the top moves and material changes are announced to studio owners by email before they take effect.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows: the Service is provided as is; we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a render, for loss of business, profit or data, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to a studio for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount that studio paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to settle the matter in good faith by writing to each other first.
